Having been a national tourist guide for many years gave me the opportunity to compare all regions in South Africa. Mainly the demographics and economy, taking the political arena of ZA in mind the Southern Cape stood out above any other region with having the best diverse possibilities.
Then adding nature and climate to the mix and you have no contest. A harbour in Mossel Bay and a soon to be an international airport in George.
The more the merrier but the more must also work more to make the community a success plus many other factors of cause.
